If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. 

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

  • Goods refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Subscriptions refer to the services or access to the Service offered on a subscription basis by the Company to You.

  • Website refers to Aircraft Broker Academy, accessible from www.aircraftbrokeracademy.com

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods.

You are not entitled to a refund if You have accessed 51% or more of the Goods.

If payment in instalments has been chosen by You and only if a refund is granted to You, any remaining future instalments shall be cancelled.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel Your Subscription renewal either through Your Account settings page or by contacting the Company. You will not receive a refund for the fees You already paid for Your current Subscription period, and You will be able to access the Service until the end of Your current Subscription period.
